Richard E. Amoedo

Chief Executive Officer

Richard Amoedo is a lifelong entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience founding and operating companies across various sectors, including construction, mortgage finance, private equity lending, and capital raising.

His expertise spans team development, business strategy, and market differentiation, with a strong emphasis on results-driven leadership.Throughout his career, Richard has demonstrated exceptional talent in recruiting, business development, and public speaking. He is known for his ability to identify complex challenges and deliver innovative, actionable solutions. Richard has trained hundreds of loan officers, established multiple mortgage finance branches nationwide, and built a real estate investment fund that has executed over $45 million in transactions.


For two decades, he has developed high-performing sales teams both in the U.S. and internationally. Currently, Richard and his executive team are in the process of registering their third investment fund under equity crowdfunding regulations, further expanding access to real estate investment opportunities.

Eric C. Hill

Chief Legal Officer

Eric Hill brings a rare combination of legal proficiency and entrepreneurial vision to the organization. A graduate of Baylor University with honors, Eric holds both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Business Administration. His legal practice has focused on complex real estate, corporate litigation, secured transactions, intellectual property, and business acquisitions, making him an invaluable asset to the leadership team.

In 2004, Eric transitioned into real estate development, founding a construction company specializing in starter homes. Since then, he has developed approximately 450 homes and several multifamily projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His success lies in his strategic approach—buying, building, and selling at optimal price points—while leveraging his legal expertise to negotiate advantageous land deals.

Eric’s deep understanding of market trends and demographic targeting enables him to execute efficient, profitable developments. His seamless transition from law to real estate underscores his adaptability and strategic insight, making him a key driver of the company’s continued growth.

Michael R. Easley

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Easley brings over two decades of leadership in information technology and technology sales, preceded by distinguished service in the United States Air Force and as an Intel Analyst at the National Security Agency. His career has been defined by a commitment to operational excellence and delivering measurable value through the adoption of complex technology solutions.

Michael’s previous roles include Strategic Director at Wal-Mart Headquarters and Chief Information Officer for Tarrant County, where he led enterprise software development and cybersecurity initiatives. At Microsoft, he further honed his skills in strategic negotiation and solution-based selling.

Michael's depth of knowledge in IT, coupled with a strong network of industry relationships, brings unique value to the organization. His methodical, “measure twice, cut once” philosophy ensures precision and foresight in operational execution.

Karly Worth

VP of Acquistions

Karly Worth is a rising leader in the real estate industry, known for her strategic acumen and entrepreneurial drive. Since earning her real estate license in 2020, Karly has consistently ranked among the top agents in Connecticut on HomeSnap—placing her among the top 20% of professionals in the industry.

She has successfully closed over 65 on-market transactions and more than 30 off-market deals, showcasing her expertise in both traditional and creative investment strategies. Over the past year, she has raised more than $6 million for investment projects and acquired a portfolio of more than 150 units across 20 assets, focusing on fix-and-hold properties.

Karly also serves as a partner in a Connecticut-based real estate brokerage, where she mentors agents and drives business growth. Her current investment expansion spans markets in Oklahoma, Texas, and Mississippi, as she continues to help others build financial independence through real estate.

Marty Kennard

VP of Asset Management

Marty Kennard is a seasoned executive with a strong background in both corporate operations and real estate investment. Over a 17-year tenure with Target Corporation, he held multiple leadership positions, including District Manager, where he oversaw $422 million in sales across several states.

Transitioning into real estate, Marty has built a diverse investment portfolio, including single-family homes, duplexes, vacation rentals, and multifamily properties. He has actively participated in 15 multifamily deals, serving in roles such as Key Principal and Guarantor. Currently, he manages five real estate LLCs with ongoing investments in Texas, Tennessee, and Arizona.

Marty is also actively engaged in community service, serving on the board of FreeManHouse.org and volunteering with Watermark Church. His leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to operational excellence make him a key contributor to the company’s long-term success.
